Organization
The LIMSC is organized by the Leiden Medical Student Association (M.F.L.S.) in cooperation with the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC).
Two committees are responsible for the organisation of the conference: the Organizing Committee (OC) and the Programme Committee (PC). The OC consists of nine impassioned (bio)medical students, who work for over a year to prepare all the diverse conference-related aspects. The PC consists of a group of 12 well-respected professors and other LUMC colleagues. The PC serves as an advisory committee to the OC. Next to this, the PC evaluates the submitted abstracts in order to guarantee quality presentations throughout the conference.
