Presenting participants
Those who have been invited to present their research at the LIMSC are given the option to choose for actives-package one (see the fees-page for more information on pricing of the package). This package includes two hotel nights in a three-star hotel on Thursday and Friday night. Additional nights on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday can be booked for €45 per night (including breakfast) via the registration module. Rooms will be shared with other participants. To share a room with a specific person, you can request this in a comment-box during registration.
Please note: If you choose for actives-package 1 or if you book additional hotel nights, registration and payment has to be completed before January 31th 2011.
If you want to arrange your own accommodation, you can choose for package two which does not include the hotel nights. All hotels in Leiden are listed below.
Visiting Participants
Visitors of the LIMSC can book nights in a three-star hotel for €45 (including breakfast) via the registration module. These nights are available for Wednesday until Sunday. Rooms will be shared with other participants. To share a room with a specific person, you can request this in a comment-box during registration.
Please note: If you book hotel nights via our registration module, registration and payment has to be completed before January 31th 2011.
Another option that the LIMSC offers the passive participants is the Typical Dutch Student Housing (TDSH).
The TDSH arrangement is available for 12,50 Euros per night and consists of a night sleep in a typical Dutch student house in which you can fully enjoy the Dutch lifestyle and warm personalities. We request you to bring along a camping mattress and a sleeping bag since not all student houses have extra beds. Finally, we would like to clarify that basic lodging (sharing a student room with a current student) will be provided.
