Yes, we have made deals with 3 hotels in Leiden for discounted prices:

1. Golden Tulip & Tulip Inn Leiden Centre (4****)

2. Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden (4****)

3. Ibis Leiden Centre (3***)

We will send you the discount code for making reservations at these hotels via email after your registration has been successfully completed. Note that these discount codes only work on a first-come first-serve basis.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide accommodations in student dormitories in Leiden, as there are no official university-owned accommodations at Leiden University. In the Netherlands, housing is not managed directly by universities but is instead arranged through private and collective housing providers.

The main language at LIMSC will be English.

Registration for participation will open on the 1st of November 2024.

LIMSC helps active participants by sending an official confirmation of participation. With this letter, it is possible to arrange a Visa at the Dutch embassy. Passive participants can also apply for help with arranging a visa.

Please feel free to reach out via email if you would require applying for a visa.

Invoices will be sent to you by email once registration and payment are complete. The e-tickets will be sent at a later time, typically 1-2 weeks before the event, and again the day before the event. This ensures that all our participants have quick access to their e-ticket and don't have to search for it when they arrive at the registration area.

You will be expected to present on 16th and/or 17th of May during an oral or poster session. We will notify you later about the exact day and time of your presentation. For the exact times, please refer to the timetable.
