We are excited to welcome you to Leiden for the 15th edition of LIMSC!
When you need a visa to attend our conference, you need to apply for it yourself. However, we are happy to help you by providing the necessary documents. To visit the Netherlands, you must apply for a Schengen visa.
For your application, an invitation letter by LIMSC will be required.During your registration you are able to request help with your visa application. Here, all the necessary information you need to provide will be listed. We will send you an invitation letter after you have successfully completed the registration and payment for our conference. The invitations will only be sent by limsc@lumc.nl.
The sooner you register, the sooner you will receive an invitation letter. We advise you to start the visa application process as soon as possible. It is possible to register from 1 November 2026.
